Before the Flood

Welcome to the first posting of the Mill on the Floss blog!
In December, at Carnegie Mellon University School of Drama, my thesis, a production of Helen Edmundson's stage adaptation of George Eliot's novel: The Mill on the Floss, will complete. Over the next 7 months, I will journal and document the journey, from ideas to creation into production. I invite those involved to post freely. This is an opportunity to chart a hugely imaginative endeavor. There are no secrets. Only surprises.
