Storyboarding a la John Nash
The design team and I have gathered for several hours at a time for several weeks sitting on the floor of my apartment, charcoal in hand, sketching the most basic actions of the play... one scene at a time. Shown here are the very first of the storyboards, as time passed, we opted for less specific scenic descriptions and more evocative character relationships and actions. But here are a few.
