Included in this blog are images from research and designs that are the
influences of and influenced by the production. About a week ago, Narelle Sissons and I drove up to a small mill called McConnells Mill about an hour outside of Pittsburgh. If you go, make sure to go on the weekend for a tour of the mill. We didn't go on the weekend, but some friendly maintenance/construction men let us in for some snapshots. More photos to come. But this is an actual mill. Lots of wood and metal. Benches and burlap. Many of the things that have come up in my independent pre-production mtgs with Narelle.
